Our Georgia activists partnered with our allies at the Libre Initiative to host a meet and greet panel on November 21, titled “Facing Unprecedented Times & Safeguarding Your Financial Future.”
The panel focused on solutions to the cost-of-living crisis, which is one of the biggest issues currently affecting our community.
The keynote speaker was Stefanie Zaenker of the Libre Initiative Georgia, and financial experts Chase and Joe of the Shyft Coalition gave advice to participants. Topics of focus included financial strategies, budgeting methods, and different ways to save money and build wealth.

All participants received a personal Finance 101 book as a special gift, to further reinforce the messages from the panel. This is the second event on this topic we organized in Georgia, and our activists will continue to educate our community on this important topic.
