On Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 9 a.m., the Government Committee in the Arizona House will listen to testimony on HCR 2044.
This resolution would amend the Arizona Constitution to ensure that the state will not grant preferential treatment or discriminate against any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin in the operation of public employment, public education or public contracting.
