Glen Caroline
Vice President, Our America
Prior to joining Our America, Glen was the Founder and President of Minuteman Strategies, a strategic political consulting firm in Northern Virginia dedicated to building and enhancing stakeholder advocacy programs, fundraising, and communication efforts.
For the majority of his professional career (29 years), Glen worked for the National Rifle Association where he primarily served as the Managing Director of the NRA-ILA Grassroots Programs and Campaign Field Operations Division. In this capacity, he was responsible for the development and implementation of NRA’s political and legislative grassroots programs, as well as the Association’s campaign field operations, voter registration drives, and Get Out The Vote operations at the national, state, and local levels.
When it comes to grassroots activism, Glen practices what he preaches. As a volunteer himself, he served as Chairman of the Loudoun County Republican Committee (LCRC) from 2008-2010. In recognition of his efforts during the 2009 Virginia election cycle, Mr. Caroline was recognized as the state’s “Outstanding Unit Chair of the Year” and the LCRC was named the “Best Unit” in the 10th congressional district.
Glen is also an assistant varsity baseball coach at Freedom High School (South Riding) and is a head baseball coach for Stars Showcase Baseball.
Mr. Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a Certificate in International Relations from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Glen is married with two grown children.
