Arizona Activists Advocate for Election Integrity, Public Safety Bills

Voter Integrity

February 3, 2026

Last month, through our c4, our Arizona activists did incredible work on the legislative front advocating for policies that are in line with our core mission.

This past January, several bills came up in the Arizona legislature related to our core issues that our State Director Paul Parisi and grassroots audience took action on.

We’ve long been proponents of enhanced Voter ID measures, which would strengthen the integrity of our elections. That’s why we stood in support of SCR 1001, also known as the Arizona Secure Elections Act.

This is an important Resolution that will allow voters in 2026 to put several new stipulations into the Arizona Constitution which would protect elections. Through email and social media, we activated our online grassroots network to take action and contact state officials telling them to support SCR 1001, and its companion bill HCR 2001.

Over one hundred messages from our Arizona supporters were sent to members of the Senate Judiciary and Elections Committee, and the House Federalism, Military Affairs & Elections Committee in the lead up to their hearings.

On January 21st, our State Director Paul Parisi testified before the committee and explained why election integrity is of paramount importance in Arizona. Both resolutions are continuing to move forward through the legislative process. Watch the video of his testimony.

Through our Safer Streets, Brighter Futures initiative, we’ve been advocates for policies that would cut down on crime and create more secure communities.

That’s why we encouraged our grassroots activists to support HB 2602, a bill that would increase funding to hire more police, and HB 2225, which would provide funding to help build a new police training center in Northern Arizona.

On January 26th, our Parisi also spoke in support of both of these pieces of legislation during the House Public Safety and Law Enforcement Committee.

Both HB 2602 and HB 2225 passed through the committee, and you can watch his testimony below.

Through a combination of online and offline action, Our America made its voice known and was an active part of the process of supporting these critical pieces of legislation.

Through our c4, we look forward to continuing to advocate for policies that are mission-aligned and will improve our communities.
